Legacy Care is a Registered Nurse-owned and operated non-medical home care agency proudly serving families across San Diego County, including Escondido, Poway, La Jolla, Rancho Bernardo, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Encinitas, and surrounding communities.
We specialize in chronic illness caregiving and private-pay aging-in-place services that allow older adults to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes for as long as possible. Through a thorough in-home assessment, our Registered Nurse develops a personalized care plan designed to meet and exceed the unique needs of your loved one — giving you true peace of mind.
As a nurse-owned company based in Escondido, California, we are fully licensed by the California Department of Social Services, bonded, and insured. We focus on high-quality care management, care navigation, and transitional care for elderly adults and retired professionals throughout the greater San Diego area.
